About Jeff Reddan

As a two-time All-American Volleyball Player at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Jeff Reddan helped lead his team to two NCAA Finals and one National Championship at the US Open. Jeff brings to his construction business the same commitment to excellence that was required to earn All-American honors and to win a National Championship.

Jeff’s passion for construction began over 35 years ago when he bought his first house during his career as a professional volleyball player. It would be another 25 years, however, before he started his residential remodeling business.

Between his professional volleyball career and forming his construction company, Jeff worked 20 years in the commercial real estate industry. He served in a progression of positions from Industrial Sales and Leasing Specialist to Senior Vice President, Division Marketing Director for CB Richard Ellis. Jeff left CBRE in 1991 and formed his own training and consulting business, serving professional services companies across North American. He sold the business in 1993 to Vancouver-based Colliers Macaulay Nicolls International and then joined the firm as Director of Professional Development.

In 2002, after years of experience remodeling several of his own homes and a deep desire to regain passion in his work, Jeff formed Big Dog Construction. Initially, he took on small remodels and repairs for friends, and then friends of friends. Earning a
reputation for high-quality work, fair prices and exceptional customer service, it wasn’t long before Jeff’s business was thriving. In 2005 Jeff changed the company name to Reddan Construction LLC.
